COMING TO THE REUNION?  WHAT TO DO NOW!

1) ASAP, make a ferry reservatiion. About half of our group did this successfully on the first day the summer ferry website was open.  Be sure to make a reservation for the NOON Anacortes to Friday Harbor Ferry on Sept 15, 2025:

2) Make a reservation for The Marina Inn in Anacortes for night of Sept 14, 2025:
https://www.marinainnwa.com/.  Ask for their AAA or Senior Discount.

3) Send a check to Jack Van Olst, 6424 Lago Grande Dr, Bonsall, CA, 92003, for reunion costs of $145.00 per person. This includes one lunch, two main reunion dinners, and the venue rentals, but does not include other meals, travel, or lodging costs.  If your plans change about coming to the reunion, please keep in mind that a portion of these costs are for non-refundable expenses we have already incurred.

4) For those staying in the FHL cabins, we will know the exact amount of your non-refundable lodging deposit soon.  It will be 25% of your total lodging cost, but whether that is to be paid in advance by me as Reunion Coordinator, or directly by you via Credit Card to FHL, is still being worked out.  If they decide I need to pay it, I will be asking for checks from you to cover your lodging deposit advances.  They have agreed that the remainder of your lodging costs (75%) will be able to be paid via Credit Card directly to FHL.

5) As soon as you can, make your flight reservations to SeaTac.
