Stephen Springer worked on Forestry Programs in Chile where he set up a registry of forest plantings in Aisen Province established by SAG, including location, quantities and source of seedlings. He directed the local SAG’s exhibit at the 1969 OGANA exhibition for Aisen, and designed renovation of the office interior for the SAG district office in Coyhaique. He did not continue in forestry after returning to the US, where he became a Professional Land Surveyor, 1971-2017, registered in VT, NH, MA, RI and ME.
